In 1993, Martindale-Hubbell awarded me an "AV" rating, which is the highest competency and ethical rating available. I also have been listed in the real estate section of the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers since then. Avvo has awarded me a 9.4 rating out of 10.0.
Although my law practice is concentrated on the representation of landlords in commercial unlawful detainer actions and breach of lease civil cases, I also have represented clients in industrial lease negotiations and transactions, adverse possession and equitable subrogation, real estate title litigation, legal malpractice cases, bankruptcy litigation, and attorney-client fee disputes.

I emphasize the representation of commercial landlords and tenants in unlawful detainer proceedings and breach of lease civil actions.
